Many juicers simply grind up the fruits and vegetables, leaving the skins and fibers in the machine for clean-up. The Champion Juicer uses the process of mastication to grind through these skins and fibers making more juice and squeezing out more vitamins and nutrients.

The Champion Juicer is offered in both domestic and commercial units. Both the domestic and commercial units are powered with 1/3 horsepower motors. The only difference between the two units seems to be the recommended output of juice per day. The domestic juicer suggests less than 12 ounces of juice be prepared per day. The commercial unit is approved for heavy use conditions. The pricing difference between the domestic and commercial Champion Juicer is minimal, at best. Some retailers sold the commercial juicing machine for just $10 more than the household product.

When truly trying to compare the two juicer models and the effectiveness of the Champion Juicer, customer reviews are the best source of information. Customers tend to enjoy the commercial model more than the domestic model juicer. There are both good and bad reviews. Customers tends to complain about fruit and vegetable fibers being caught in the blades, pulpy juice and juice coming out hot after just a few short minutes of juicing.

On the other side of the review coin, the Champion Juicer has plenty of followers. The unit appears to be easy to clean. Users tend to like the black unit better than the white or silver, because bright colored juices will not stain the exterior of the black machine. Clean-up is generally easy, but when juicing fibrous fruits and vegetables the blades often get tangled with the fibers and need to be cleaned in the middle of juicing.

The price of this juicer is comparable with other juicers on the market. For around $200, either the commercial or domestic juicer can be purchased. The juicer comes with a 10 year warranty, but customer service does not appear to be a strong positive for this company. There are several customers who have complained about parts for older models being unavailable and the company refusing to refund or repair the juicer without the buyer sending the unit back to the company. The juicer is heavy, so the cost of return shipping could be expensive.
