The diagonal knife blades of the stainless steel cutter are made in Italy. They make the fruit pulp first by grinding them. Then the pulp is smashed and pressed evenly against the 40,000 strainer pores of the micromesh filter by one hundred and fifteen conical knives fitted around it extracting maximum and superior product.
