Product Description

With the ability to juice an 8-ounce glass of juice in five seconds, this 850-watt professional juice extractor features a powerful computer-controlled 14,000 rpm motor, which easily maintains the selected speed when juicing under heavy loads. Its Italian stainless-steel, micro-mesh filter separates the juice from the fiber and seeds of the fruit and vegetables so that maximum juice is extracted. To cut out all preparation time required for juicing, the unit's unique, extra-wide, centrifugal feed chute allows for whole fruits and vegetables to be added without the need for chopping them into pieces first. The juicer's two-speed electronic control offers low speed for juicing soft fruits and vegetables and high speed for more textured fruits and vegetables. For quick, easy clean up, all the juicer's parts are dishwasher safe except for the motor, and for added convenience, a disposable plastic bag can be used to line the large pulp container and then thrown away when finished. A 1-liter juice jug with a froth separator and a large-capacity, 2-1/2-liter, easy-to-clean, removable pulp container are included. The juicer carries a one-year warranty.

"I have tried the Jack LaLanne Power juicer, the Breville JE900 (previous model) and this model. By far this one is the best one! First of all, the Jack LaLanne Power juicer had less power than the Breville series, and also the metal mesh screen had bigger holes. So a lot of the times, the juice produced wasn't really smooth. Because it was white it stained easily if you make a lot of carrot juice. Also, cleanup was more work because you have to unscrew the juicing blade every time for a cleanup.
Now onto the Breville series. Quick and easy cleanup, fine mesh screen so the juice is much more smoother, and more power! What makes the JE95XL better than the JE900 is mainly the two speed control. With the JE900, it was so powerful and fast all the time that when I juiced soft fruits like grapes and strawberries, the fruit wouldn't be juiced all the way. Sometimes, I find half-juiced grapes in the pulp container. So I got a lot less juice with the softer fruits. Also, once you turn it on, it goes full blast! So the juicer would move around on my counter.

With the JE95XL, the speed control allows me to use lower speeds for the softer fruits, and also they changed the motor so that once you turn it on, it starts slow than ramps up. This way the juicer doesn't move around when you turn it on. Also, the pitcher has a better lid, that allows you to keep the lid on while you're juicing. By far, this unit is the best juicer I've used."

"I and my son are new to juicing. We love this juicer and are juicing regularly since clean up is so easy. We love the features -- froth separator (can be removed if you love froth), the 2-speed motor that revs up to full power gradually, the wide feed chute, the powerful motor, and the ease with which the unit breaks down and assembles. This juicer was designed from the ground up by Breville to be a large chute juicer, so the motor is of more than adequate power and is located in the most efficient and optimal placement within the unit. SOme juicers (LaLane) that originally were designed with motors that would only handle small feeding chutes were subsequently retrofitted with large chutes without increasing the motor's power and modifying other design elements to maximize the large feeding tube/chute. I probably would not have started to search for another juicer besides the LaLane but I was really put off by its stingy 90 day warranty. After much research I went with this juicer and am extremely pleased. Highly recommended."

"I just recieved my juicer and I started juicing right away! This machine has enough power to juice anything, I love the feel of quality, there are no leaks, and juice tastes soooo good. So far I figured out that mixing pineapple with anything makes a great juice. Also things that I never eat like celery, carrots, and beets are a pleasure to juice and they taste great, especially when mixed with fruits. I think this machine will go a long way to making me healthier. Lastly, cleaning this machine is EASY! Only takes a few minutes. As long as you do it not too long after juicing all you have to do is run all the parts under some hot water. They even give a brush for the filter which works great. I'm very pleased overall and look forward to juicing every morning from now on, it's a great energy boost."
